 David Reyes is Founder and CEO at Blue Oceans Consulting Group. David is an alumnus of the University of New Orleans where he obtained his BA in International Studies with a concentration in Diplomacy and International Organizations. He went on to receive his MBA in Global Trade and Supply Chain Management from Baylor University. David has an extensive international background and over a decade of professional experience working in areas such as agriculture, technology, international trade, NGOs, and bi-national organizations. He has a passion for international trade, business intelligence, and helping businesses grow sustainably.
